PLAYERS REGISTRATION

The Orissa State Badminton Association is going to organize the State Chanpionship for U8yr and U11 yrs(both boys &girls),masters  and also ranking championship for U11yrs/U15yrs/U17yrs/U19yrs and senior in the next months.

Players those are not having State Id  are requested to register/renew ther name  as early as possible .

For registration the following paperworks required

1.Application form

2.Affidavit by parents

3.Date of Birth certificate issued by appropriate authority.which is issued in between 365 days of birth.

4.If not Xray of right wrist and shoulderwith Radiologist report .

5.Registration fees Rs.50
