We have requested  players as well their concerned  district secretaries over phone several times to provide original birth certificates for our verifications.They could not able to provide the same during our state championship at sambalpur  nor to undersigned till date 

if they could not able to submit the same by 28-10-2015 3pm association  will be be forced not to send the their entries for forthcoming subjuniour national to be held at Vishakhapatnam
