Can anybody able to advise us for below issues

We have circulated the circular for renewal 2018-2020 with someadditional information as required by BAI.We have decided to issue an identity card to all our players so that they will not face any problem of verification during championships.we have issued circular on guidelines dt April 16 2018 and subsequent circulars and decisions of our committee  in different dates.

After receipt of the application from players for renewal/registration we find the following problems in applications for renewal/registration

Players are not going through our circulars which results incomplete application forms received for registration /renewals like

·         Only one page instead of two pages of application forms

·         Missing of finger prints

·         Missing of landmark/pincodes in the address

·         Many columns of the application forms are not filled up.

·         Not recommended by the our affiliated district authorities.Some time some other district     

                      associations are recommending their applications

·         Players declaration forms are not attached

·         Junior players have notgiven medical forms recommended by Badminton Association of India.

·         Some application does not have required fees.

·         No bloodgroups are mentioned

·         We also found the signatures of players are different from the signatures given previously in their  form which amounts to forgery

·         We are going to issue the ID cards for which we wanted the recent photographs but we found old   photographs of the players attached

·         Some application does not have birth certificates (as in case of juniors)

·         Some application have different birth certificates compare to previously given certificates

This gives pain to us as our players are not serious about association .We are going to verify the datas from different sources and any discrepancy may result to vigilance/police enquiry and we will publish details in the net for public.We also going to write to the appropriate authorities to take action /

   We are  not be issuing the renewal/registrations of the players who will not comply the deficiency within 15-7-2018.
