WE HAVE RECEIVED SOME QURIES/SUGGESTIONS BY OUR PLAYERS/PARENTS/ORGANISERS AFTER WE INVITED SUGGESTIONS AS BELOW.:

I attended along with my family  last three sub-Junior tournaments conducted last three years. I appreciate the way the tournaments  are conducted. Along with the tournaments we also got a chance to visit different tourist places. I like to give few suggestions.

·   It will good if we have the tournaments during Dusara Vacation . So that kids don't have to  miss school. 

·   Junior and Sub-junior tournaments are conducted together or with short gap of one or two day, the sub-junior  kids can participate both tournaments like that of last year. U-17 along with U-15 and U-13.

·   I know to conduction a tournaments require lot of logistics. Especial finding a good  standard indoor court. Effort should be met to conduct tournament across  orissa. It will increase game popularity as well as we will get chance to visit different places.

·   If there is a provision for online entry and fee submission it will be good.

·   if could have web site like http://mbasso.in/ or http://www.kba.org.in/

      Cluster - zonal - national ranking format is an acceptable procedure.

At every step prize money will inspire the playes.

1- Discipline is the ornament of a player.

    We should be very much strict on entry date, (which is going on) . Another thing is Entering into court in right time.Doubles players should wear same T shirt as well as pant from the begining of the match.

2- We can present a prize for the sake of Discipline play with Discipline attitude every year.

3- One rule can be circulated that a double partner can't change themselves minimum upto one year.I think by this their standard will develop.

4- All the club organisers should act by obeying OSBA. Generally they are behaving a tournament like a Yatra or Mela.

5- Those are moving for national ranking OSBA can support them for lodging with paid basis.This is nothing a moral support.

6- I- card  from OSBA to the players.Every where certificate verification is a discouragement for players.

           Thank you for your positive action towards badminton in Odisha as well as in India.

For players conduct #
We should very strict about players conduct,like penalty system, banned system. Registered players should be restricted to playing non affiliated tournament. Players should confirm there entries in ranking match. Otherwise penalty will given aspect medicals case & unforeseen circumstances. Selected players of state team should be attended conditioning camp and should be going with team to National championships.
Any complain or misconduct card(given by umpire in a match) should be implement by committee.
Junior and under age player's certificate should be checking properly. 

Pattern of championships #

All state championship should be completed before August,so that we should prepare properly our team for East zone or other tournament.
There should be minimum 5 ranking match for all categories organizing after state championship.
For any league tournament pattern should be change.like there should be attached men single & girls event .
League should be conducted end of tournament season.
Not more than one or two league in a year.
A district team championships should be organised every year.(sudirman Patton)
Organiser conduct #
Yes we should control and advice to our organiser to conduct a good & fair tournament.
Organiser should be conform there planning of tournament before registering.
All ranking tournament should be played only in yonex shuttle or equivalent to that standard , wooden or synthetic mat made Badminton courts ,all match should be held  under the BAI & BWF rules and regulations
Organiser should be give the remuneration of technical Official before time and with proper manner.

Sir, we should made some guidelines or laws for tournament of state ranking and also for players. That should be displayed in in state Association blog.

I hope the above suggestions helps us to  streamline our coming plans.

Dear Sir,

With reference to your notification dated 25 Jan 2018, I have the honour to put forth below mentioned submission for your deliberation and consideration.

That,in all state level competition players are instructed to report for document verification one day prior to the start of the competition even if he/she has his/her first match on 2nd day of competition . This practice may please be done away in order to save some valuable time and money of the parents as well as players, as now a days fixtures of competition along with match time is notified in website well in advance.

Therefore, it is submitted that fixture along with match timings for any competition may please be uploaded in the website 02 days prior to the start of the competition and the players may be instructed to report for document verification 02/01 hour (as deemed suitable) before the start of their match.

In news daily we are looking there was case over OSBA, which has been won by OSBA. Now a days the OSBA free from all these cases, so the OSBA should improve its principles to conduct a championship and selection of players for Nationals and the coaching process to the emerging players. Because now the sponcers must come to OSBA. So the OSBA must utilize these funds on player, coaching, and tournaments.

Sir the osba should improve its shuttle quality in tournaments. Last we see the shuttle quality in Berahampur and K1 was good but in Cuttack premier league was worst. So osba must make a guideline for the shuttle.

My child's are playing different matches, and I use to go with them, where I saw I umpires are very useless to conduct badminton, specially the senior umpires of Orissa. The senior umpires have always a sympathetical weakness to some players, by they are not able to judge a match properly. Where as I seen the new umpires in Baripada junior ranking they did a excellent job in Baripada. I as a parents appreciate them. So you have to the umpire charge to them who are better than the senior umpires.

I have seen in so many tournaments odisha has more coach than players. The parents are coach, the partner are coach, the relatives are coach, sometimes the driver and care taker of a player are coach. Why the official are always allow such coaches inside of a match, which always creates a dramatic situation. You should creat some rules related this and you must form some efficient coach, without whom no other coach can not enter into the ground.

Sir I have seen in each and every tournaments to Mr. Pradip Mohanty, and Pati sir. Is the OSBA has these two members, why not all other member? Why they are not interested to come? Why they are not participating,? What is their role for OSBA? If they are not able why they are not leaving the post of OSBA?

Badminton should be spread all over the Odisha not only in Cuttack and Bhubaneswar. The major tournaments has been scheduled in Cuttack and Bhubaneswar so u must place some major tournaments in other places
