AT NALCO NAGAR, ANGUL

    

An All Odisha Open Badminton Tournament 2016 (Men Singles and Men Doubles) shall be organized by YOUTH BADMINTON CLUB at NALCO Angul from 18^th  to 20^th March 2016 under the approval of ANGUL DISTRICT UNITED BADMINTON ASSOCIATION (Affiliated to ORISSA STATE BADMINTON ASSOCIATION).

TOTAL PRIZE MONEY : Rs.35000/-

The Following guidelines are to be implemented during the conduct of the Tournament.

1:0       DATES OF THE TOURNAMENT:  18^th to 20^th March-2016

1:1       The championship will be organized as follows:

Venue : NALCO NAGAR, Dist. Angul (Odisha)

Players: This tournament is restricted to the players of Odisha State only.

Events : Men Singles, Men Doubles

Shuttle : LiNING Champion Pro or XD62+

Limitation: There should be minimum six no entries for any event to be conducted. A player may participate in both singles and doubles.

1:2 Tournament :

The Tournament may be conducted in two rounds depending upon the entries (if required) i.e qualifying round and main draw.                                                                                                                                         

2:0 The programs for the tournament are as mentioned below:

2.1 The date lines are as below:

3:0 ENTRY FEES:

3:1 The  entry fees that can be collected from players shall be:

Singles event	Rs.200 per player
Doubles event	Rs.400 per pair

4:0  Boarding, Lodging  & TA:

4:1 All the players shall be given accommodation in NALCO Angul Township from 17.03.2016 evening.

4:2 Free Food shall be provided to the Main Draw Players from 18.03.2016 to 20.03.2016.

4:3 No TA shall be given by the organizer.

5:0 Rights to amend.

5.1 Organising Committee reserves right for any changes in Tournament rules &regulations/ schedule etc without assigning any reason.
