Youth Badminton Club is going to Organise a badminton Ranking Championship to be held at Nalco Nagar Officer Club Indoor Hall from 13^th to 15^th January, 2017 with the following guidelines;

1. DATES OF THE CHAMPIONSHIP:13^TH TO 15^TH JANUARY, 2017

          1.1. Tournament Schedule

Main Draw	13th January, 2017
Last Date of Entries	11th January, 2017 at 11:59PM (Night)
Draws of this Championship	12th January, 2017 at 7:30PM (Evening)
Starting time of Championship	13th January, 2017 at 9:00AM (Morning)

2. PRIZE MONEY

2.1. The Prize Money Shall be further decided by the Championship Committee on 12^th January, 2017.

2.2. The Prize Money for all event is more than Rs.50,000.00p* (Fifty Thousand Rupees).

2.3 There is sure prize money to the players who qualified the Quarterfinal onwards (including Quarter Finalist).

3.INDIVIDUAL EVENTS

          3.1. The Championship will be Organised in the following age groups

MENS’ DOUBLES

WOMEN’S SINGLES

MIX DOUBLES

4. MODE OF COMPETITION

4.1. All Matches up to pre quarter final (excluding pre quarter finals) shall be played best of three games of 15 points on a rally point system.

4.2. All Matches after pre quarter final (including pre quarter finals) shall be played best of three games of 21 points on a rally point system.

6. FACILITIES

6.1. No. Entry fee from the player, except the players of Angul District.

6.2. No. Travel Allowances (T.A) shall be provided to the players.

6.3. The Organisers shall be responsible for provide free Hospitality (food and accommodation) to the participating players.

8. DRAWS PROCEDURE

8.1The draw shall be held during Technical Official Meeting on 12^th January,2017 by the use of BWF planed badminton software, i.e. Badminton Tournament Planner,
