Angul Badminton Club is going to Organise a All Odisha Angul Invitation cum Open Badminton Tournament from 19^th to 22^nd January, 2017 which is recognised by OSBA with the following guidelines;

1. DATES OF THE CHAMPIONSHIP: 19^TH TO 22^ND JANUARY, 2017

          1.1. Tournament Schedule

                  

VENUE	Indoor Cum TT Hall, Stadium Complex, Angul
Last Date of Entries	16th January, 2017
Reporting Time	19th January, 2017 before 3:00PM
First Day	Inauguration 5:00PM Matches from 6:30PM Onwards
Second Day	Matches from 3:00PM Onwards
Third Day	Matches from 3:00PM Onwards
Fourth Day	Matches from 5:00PM Onwards Prize Distribution

2. PRIZE MONEY

2.1. The Prize Money Shall be further decided by the Organising Committee on 18^th January, 2017.

2.2. The Prize Money for all event is more than Rs.30,000 * (Thirty Thousand Rupees).

3.INDIVIDUAL EVENTS

          3.1. The Championship will be Organised in the following age groups

MEN’S SINGLES

MENS’ DOUBLES

WOMEN’S DOUBLES

UNDER 19 DOUBLES

4. MODE OF COMPETITION

4.1. All Matches up to  quarter final shall be played 11 points best of three on a rally point system.

4.2. All Matches from semi final shall be played best of five games of 11 points on a rally point system.

6. FACILITIES

6.1. No. Travel Allowances (T.A) shall be provided to the players.

6.2. The Organisers shall be responsible for provide free Hospitality (accommodation) to the participating players coming from above 100 k.m.

8. DRAWS PROCEDURE

8.1The draw shall be held during Technical Official Meeting on 12^th January, 2017 by the use of BWF planed badminton software, i.e. Badminton Tournament Planner,
