AT ROURKELA FOR SENIOR STATE  CHAMPIONSHIP

   Here I am giving  details about hotels and food facilities during chanpionshipfrom  21st to 23rd July2017

1) AC room each person per day @300 rupees

2) Non AC room each person per day @ 200 rupees

 3) Each room maximum 2 person can accommodate

4) Check out time 24 hours

5) Each person must show their ID proof at the time of check in.

6) If any person who want to stay alone he /she has to pay double occupancy price.

7) We provide breakfast, lunch, dinner and tea biscuit in the evening with price @100 per day

8) Each person has to give  consent for food before one day .

AT ANGUL FOR JUNIOP & SUBJUNIOR STATE CHAMPIONSHIP 

We are going to conduct the above championship in ANGUL district from 27th July to 31st July 2017. For the players who were coming from 1.provide free accommodation not to there parents. 

2.PARENTS HAVE TO GET THEIR ACCOMDATION SEPARATELY.

2.From 26th July 2017 evening we are arranging food i.e. lunch & dinner @ Rs. 80/- per day will be collected from the players and it will be issued at the venue and the coupon will be issue minimum for two days. 

4.PARENTS CAN HAVE THEIR FOOD BY PURCHASING THE COUPON
